Imagine creating a movement in your company for inclusion in a Facebook-like environment. Thanks to Workplace and other internal social media, many companies have started transforming their culture change programs in social media activities with which their employees are already familiar. Connecting people is the main goal of D&I projects. Promoting a cross-cultural discussion is possible on a Workplace page opened to all your employees regardless of their nationalities, locations and roles. A series of videos can engage hearts and minds and launch some issues in the cultural change process. Your employees can share their experiences and ideas about the D&I projects by posting their pictures, stories and quotes and by commenting the contributions of others. This way, the internal networks of employees can promote their activities and ask for support.
